Next Sunday, we celebrate Chinese New Year. In preparation, we (from children to seniors) were given a hands-on lesson on Fish-making from Red Packets. Symbolically, fish (鱼 yu) has the same Chinese pronunciation as abundance (yu余). Thus the making of RED fish as a church speaks about a year of abundance and blessings!
